    Frazier Island trip

    in Maintenance and mods

Just some of the thing we have done to our Noelex 25 About Time

preparing for the cruise to Frazier Island.

Trailer repairs were first job replaced axles ,hubs ,discs, bearing and u bolts

with the axles being up graded in size with the help the fellas at glendale ISP a great

    help.

We were planning to move batteries to the v beth area with a C Tec DC to Dc

smart charge system which also required a complete rewire ,plus a set up for a

new ever kool 60lt fridge under the cock pit area plus other wiring change

can''t thank Phil enough for the set up and install ,what a job .

We now have a solar charging set up and a front charging anderson plug

to hook up to the car.

The Ever Kool frig has replaced the storage bin slide out and i have built a

trolley on wheels for the fridge to pull out for access to fridge

We have a pantry in the v beth area with pull out draw and lid for our food storage

One of the huge changes to the Noelex was buying new four stroke motor to mount

on the transom again ,after installing the motor our strengthing system wasn't up to the

job so with help of A1 Fibreglass at Warners Bay they strenghtened the transom to

cope with the weight of the four stroke ,should be able to handle loads without to

    much problems.

Where the motor was originally installed is now the fuel locker giving us more locker

    space

I am hoping for a few more improvements for cruising Frazier Island but i need to sneak them

    past Gaylene first

But a BIG thanks to Gaylene [its her Noelex ] Phil and Kim[lunch]

    Kev
